It seems that no one knows where Travace Rees came from. I know he and his son, Thomas Rees, were Patriots in the American Revolution. I know they lived in Spartanburg South Carolina but I have not researched to see how they got there. They may have came down what is called "The Old Wagon Road". I will begin my research here because this is where my family line came from.
